(Dear WBAMC patients please be aware that the following link will take you to TriCare Online (TOL) to complete your prescription refill(s). Refills requested via this link will be filled locally and can be picked up at the WBAMC pharmacy refill pick-up site of your choice: (1) Freedom Cross/PX Pharmacy, (2) WBAMC Main Outpatient Pharmacy, or (3) Mendoza/SFCC Pharmacy.)
The pharmacy has a mandatory phone-in refill policy. The refills may be called in up to 14 days in advance.

The phone-in refill service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The peak times for call-in are 0700 to 1300 Mondays and Tuesdays, so you may experience longer than usual wait times.
Use a touch tone phone for optimal service (also capable of voice recognition).
Refill requests will be ready for pick up 3 business days the day after they are phoned in AFTER 1300. Please plan ahead for weekends and holidays.
After seven (7) working days, medication refills are returned back to stock. If you are unable to pick up, then Contact either the Freedom Crossing Pharmacy at 742-9017 or the Main Outpatient Pharmacy at 742-2793.
