Our organization now has a Privacy Officer. This person will make sure that he health information of our patients is kept private. This person is in charge of all our policies and procedures to protect privacy.

As an employee, you are expected to report any concerns you have about our patients' privacy. It is your duty to report a concern if you see anything that goes against our policies and procedures. You should tell your supervisor about your concerns. Your supervisor will report them to the Privacy Officer. If you don't want to report your concerns to your supervisor, you should go straight to the Privacy Officer.
