Our clinic is located on FT Bliss. We provide quality healthcare to Active Duty Soldiers assigned or attached to FT Bliss and Biggs Army Airfield as well as Active Duty Soldiers assigned to various academies and schools, allied soldiers and eligible family members.

We offer primary care to more than 20,000 service members and their families.

The SFMC provides evaluation and treatment of adult common acute and chronic health problems and medical conditions as well as well child care and treatment of childhood illnesses, obstetrics and general gynecologic conditions. Physical examinations (periodic, over 40, retirement, expiration of term of service, chapter) for AD Soldiers are provided. School, sports and Child Development Services physical exams for children are also available.

Ancillary services include community health nursing, epidemiology and disease control, hearing conservation, immunizations, laboratory, mental health, pharmacy, physical therapy, radiology and wellness center.

Our primary care team consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, nursing assistants, 91Ws, physicians, pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.

  2. How do I make an appointment?

    At the recommendation of your provider, you should make a follow-up appointment before you leave the clinic. Stop at the front desk and make your follow-up appointment with one of our medical clerks. If you have left the clinic, you will need to call the Appointment Line at 915 569-2273.

  3. Is emergency care available at the clinic?

    No. Emergency care is available at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center Emergency Department.
